The Story of Lead the Way
When Norm was studying leadership in my doctoral program, he started a qualitative study of Christians who were leaders in organizations outside of the church. What he discovered was what seemed to be a disconnect between the Christlikeness they discussed on Sundays and the moral character they attempted to live out Monday through Friday.
